The hotel is conveniently located in a business district, close to the Basketball Center and a variety of restaurants. Guests can also enjoy the nearby lake. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and good shower pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant stay. there is undercover parking and a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a peaceful night's rest.
The level 4 corridor had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to a room airing out with the door left open.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The quiet location was perfect, and having a balcony allowed me to enjoy some fresh air. The separate rooms and spacious bed were great for a comfortable stay. the kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed during my time here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they quickly resolved any issues I had. The hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants made it convenient for me to explore the area and enjoy some delicious meals. a great experience!

We had a great time during our stay here. The location was situated in a lovely area with a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were fantastic, from the clean rooms and in-room safe to the free wi-fi. The staff were all accommodating, especially the ones who facilitated our laundry and shuttle service. We really enjoyed the leisure swimming pool too, as we were able to unwind after a busy day.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Being in close proximity to Bella Vista Farm was a major advantage, especially for attending events like music concerts. Having a kitchenette allowed for the flexibility to make my own breakfast or visit the nearby Coffee Club. Conveniently located near Castle Hill RSL, easy train access from the airport via Wynyard and Chatswood to Norwest station. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed apartments. Small but comfortable rooms, with space for toiletries in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious storage. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk and room service. Delicious Fettucini Boscaiola.
